If you have registered for camp:

We will be meeting in the parking lot at the First Evangelical Free Church at noon on Thursday August 14th. A bus will be there to pick you up, and you can leave your car there. Here is a map, and the address of the church is: 4220 Monterey Oaks Blvd. Austin, TX 78749.

Ignite 2008 will take place from August 14-17, 2008 at Highland Lakes Baptist Encampment on the shores of beautiful Lake Travis.

What to Bring:

  • Swim Suit (one pieces for the ladies)
  • Clothes you won't mind getting dirty.

What to expect on a typical day at camp:

• Two sessions with the speaker and worship band.
  • The speaker will be Afshin Ziafat. He is a UT alum, and you can find out more about him here.
  • Cody Jones will be leading worship. You can listen to some of his music here.
• Small group time after each session.
• 3 hearty meals.
• Free time.
  • Banana Boats, blob, volleyball, frisbee, sleep, swimming, football, etc.
• Prayer.
• Fun and games.
